Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. If the required notice is not given charges will be applied in full for the cancelled period.

Charlies Dog Parade shall deduct the fees for the number of days the dog walker has already walked your dog and shall refund the pending amount to your account.

The refund amount shall be refunded within 5-7 working days directly to the user account and the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

For rescheduling of a walk we require at least 48 hours notice.

If you are unhappy with the dog walking service provided by Charlies Dog Parade, you shall be eligible for a replacement dog walker on making a complaint with Charlies Dog Parade. Charlies Dog Parade shall provide a replacement dog walker and shall deduct fees for the days that the previous dog walker has completed the dog-walking service prior to provision of replacement.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
